Pick your office type at sign-up and rooms and departments are named for your world (exam rooms, lanes, treatment rooms; techs, MAs, aides). The plans and prices are the same.
The Enterprise / School plan is built for places with a lot of providers: group practices, multi-location clinics, large medical offices, and schools too. It adds the Digital Line: anyone waiting for a single-use station (an X-ray machine, a pano, any shared equipment) scans a QR code to join a virtual line, watches their live position from their phone, and gets pinged when it's their turn. Nobody physically stands in line. Pricing scales with your size; contact us for a quote.
A room is any location a request can come from: an operatory, exam room, lane, treatment room, front desk, pano, or X-ray area. Create it only if signals should come from that location. Multiple computers can share one room.
Small includes 18 registered computers across up to 9 rooms; Large includes 40 across up to 20 rooms. Every computer is a workstation. Lock one to a room and it always opens there, or leave it flexible so staff sign in, choose any room when sending, and it remembers the last room as the default.
Every department has a limit on how many people are on shift (actively sending and receiving) at the same time: a Small office fits 3 providers at once, with hygienists, assistants and front desk scaling from there; a Large office doubles it. The caps scale to how your specialty actually staffs (a dentist runs more chairs than a physical therapist runs tables), which is what the specialty picker above the plans shows, and they're deliberately roomy so a normally staffed office never hits them.
You can add as many people to your office as you like. There's no limit on how many staff you set up. The plan only counts who's on shift at the same time, because that's the capacity you're paying for. If a department goes over its on-shift limit, we automatically ease the person who's been quietest the longest off shift (after a short grace period so overlapping shifts aren't interrupted), so it's never a hard error mid-day. They can come back on a little later, or you can upgrade for more room on shift.
These are our opening prices, and they are low on purpose while ReadyMaxer is new. If we ever raise them, we tell you at least 30 days ahead by email, the new price only starts at your next billing period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
You add a card when you start the trial, and the trial runs 7 days with full features. When it ends, your subscription starts automatically at the plan you picked. Cancel anytime during the trial from the billing page and you won't be charged a cent.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing page; Stripe prorates the difference. If you cross into a bigger room band, just move up when you're ready.
Annual is one yearly invoice at a discount vs paying monthly: Small office is $95/yr instead of $108, & Large office is $195/yr instead of $228. Same features either way.
ReadyMaxer is a hosted cloud service. Your office connects over the internet, so signals reach phones and watches anywhere, with nothing to run or maintain on your end. Everything travels over encrypted HTTPS.
