Privacy Policy

Account data: your email, password (stored as an argon2 hash), and office name. Operational data: staff names and roles, room names, custom signal labels, and signal records (room, type, sender, timestamps). Device data: device kind, name, model, app version, and push tokens for the devices you pair. Billing: handled by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and plan; we never see or store card numbers.

ReadyMaxer stores no patient information. Signals are fixed labels plus an optional short note that is capped at 200 characters and labeled "No patient info." We do not want PHI, and our terms prohibit entering it.

The signed-in apps use a session cookie strictly for login. No trackers, no analytics. Our public marketing pages (this site's home, pricing, and sign-up pages) use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find us and use the site; these set third-party cookies and may record anonymized session interactions (Clarity) or match visits to ad campaigns (Meta). You can opt out via your browser's cookie controls, Meta's ad preferences, or an ad blocker; the site works fully without them.

Service providers only, to run the service: Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (push notification delivery; a push contains the room name, signal label, and sender name), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the marketing-page pixels described above.

Passwords are argon2-hashed; device and session tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; transport is HTTPS. Pairing codes are single-use and expire in 15 minutes.

Operational data is kept while your account is active. Closed accounts are deleted within 60 days, except minimal billing records we are required to keep. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@readymaxer.com and we will handle it. No forms, no fees.

The service is for workplaces and not directed at children under 16; we don't knowingly collect their data.
