The QR changes meaning based on what is on the computer screen. A new desktop shows a setup QR; a registered Flexible workstation shows a rotating staff sign-in QR.
An office admin opens QR Sign In on their phone, scans the setup QR, and chooses Assigned to a room or Flexible workstation. That scan registers the desktop to the office.
After registration, the Flexible workstation shows a rotating QR. A staff member scans it with their activated phone, confirms the current room, then can send and use their room-scoped personal queue on that computer.
Add rooms and staff, send each person their activation link, and register every desktop. The setup assistant keeps the order clear and the dashboard shows what is still missing.
