Account and billing come first

The owner creates the office once. Everyone else joins through an activation link from the admin dashboard.

Create and verify

Create the owner account and confirm its email address. That verified email becomes the billing and office login.

Add payment securely

Stripe collects the card and starts the free trial. ReadyMaxer never sees or stores the card number.

Renew or cancel

Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. Cancel anytime in Billing. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing; if payment stays overdue, signaling pauses after the 7-day grace period.

Install the phone app first. Each staff member opens their one-time activation link on the phone that belongs to them.

Wear OS includedWear OS requires a paired Android phone with ReadyMaxer installed and opened at least once. The watch relays its queue, sends, and actions through that phone; it does not connect to ReadyMaxer Cloud by itself. Install it from the same Google Play listing.

If you are unsure, use x64. ARM64 is only for Windows PCs with an Arm processor.

Prefer Microsoft Store for the smoothest install and automatic updates. A newly released direct installer is signed, but Windows SmartScreen can still show a reputation prompt until that exact release has enough download history.

No installation

Use ReadyMaxer in a modern browser on a locked-down computer. Pair it once. Notifications work only while the page is open and use the browser or operating system's sound.

4 · No setup codes to type

The phone's QR Sign In scanner does both jobs.

The QR changes meaning based on what is on the computer screen. A new desktop shows a setup QR; any registered workstation shows a rotating staff sign-in QR.

An office admin opens QR Sign In on their phone, scans the setup QR, names the workstation, and can give it a home room. That scan registers the desktop to the office.

Every day

Sign in at a workstation

After registration, any workstation shows a rotating QR. A staff member scans it with their activated phone, then can send and use their personal queue on that computer. A flexible workstation also asks them to confirm the current room.
