Security & privacy

Protecting every signal.

ReadyMaxer uses encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and short-lived pairing codes to help teams coordinate securely across their devices.

What does a signal contain?

A signal contains a staff name, room name, signal type, timestamp, and an optional note of up to 200 characters.

How should notes be used?

Notes are for brief workflow context only. They are optional, limited to 200 characters, and must never include patient names, birthdays, or anything that identifies a patient. ReadyMaxer is not a medical record.

Where does your data live?

ReadyMaxer is a hosted cloud service. Office devices connect over the internet so signals can reach phones, watches, computers, and the web. Data travels over encrypted HTTPS.

How are accounts protected?

Your data, your control

Close your account and we delete it within 60 days, apart from the minimal billing records we are required to keep. Full details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Not a medical device

ReadyMaxer is workflow software: a hallway signal, not a monitoring, alarm, or emergency system. Delivery is best-effort and must not be relied on for patient-safety-critical communication.
