Sign in to Admin, open Settings, select Delete this office, and confirm. ReadyMaxer cancels the subscription and immediately deletes the live office data.

Open ReadyMaxer AdminEmail support@readymaxer.com from the office owner's account email. After we verify the request, we delete the account data within 60 days.
Email deletion requestThe office, staff, rooms, devices and push tokens, signals and optional notes, support tickets, and login sessions are deleted from the live service.
Required billing records may be kept for legal compliance. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups expire within 30 days and are not used for ordinary operations.
