Use the setup assistant to name the practice, add every signal location, add staff and departments, and customize the preset signals. Never put patient names or information in ReadyMaxer.
Send each staff member their activation link. They open it on their phone to join the office. Apple Watch and Wear OS use the identity from the paired phone app.
Install ReadyMaxer on the computer. An office admin opens QR Sign In on their activated phone, scans the setup QR, and chooses what that computer becomes.
Every person can choose sound, vibration, or a watch-first setup. These are device settings, so each person completes this step on their own phone.
Send a signal from a room computer, confirm that the correct phone or watch receives it, tap On my way, and finish with Done. Check every staff member before relying on ReadyMaxer during the workday.
The admin dashboard shows what is still missing. Staff can return to this guide from Settings in the iPhone or Android app.
