End User License Agreement

This EULA governs the ReadyMaxer desktop applications for macOS and Windows, and any ReadyMaxer app obtained directly from us rather than through an app store (the "Software"), provided by SmileMaxer LLC. Apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play are licensed under the Terms of Service and the store's own terms. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and to the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on devices you own or control, solely to use ReadyMaxer under an active practice account. A license, not a sale.

No copying (except reasonable backup), modifying, distributing, selling, renting, or sublicensing; no reverse engineering except where the law expressly permits it; no removing notices; no building a competing product.

The Software may check for and install updates, which may add, change, or remove features and are covered by this EULA unless they carry their own terms.

The Software is a client for ReadyMaxer. The zero-patient- information rule and the prohibition on emergency use in the Terms apply, and data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Effective until terminated; terminates automatically on breach, when your practice's account ends, or if we withdraw the Software with reasonable notice. On termination, uninstall it.

The warranty disclaimers, no-emergency-use acknowledgment, and limitations of liability in Sections 14 and 15 of the Terms apply to the Software.

Comply with US export control and sanctions laws. The Software is commercial computer software; the US government receives only the rights granted to all other users.

The laws of the State of Maryland, USA; disputes as described in the Terms.
